- 1 loaf Challah Bread
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 tbsp Monk fruit Sweetener I used Lakanto
- 1 tsp Vanilla I used Molina
- 2 tbsp Butter I used the Tillamook
- 2 bananas
- 4 tbsp Nutella or Suntella
- Organic Pure Maple Syrup
- Cool Whip
- Strawberry for garnish
In a bowl mix Eggs, milk, vanilla and Monkfruit sweetner.
Slice challah bread into ½ thick slices, you will need 8 slices.
Heat griddle with 1 tbsp of butter.
Dip bread in milk and egg mixture on both sides.
Cook in griddle until both sides are browned.
spread Nutella, bananas on the first two layers of the toasts.
Top with Strawberry and Cool Whip. Drizzle with syrup.
