Ingredients
2ozBlood Orange juice
½ozMeyer Lemon juice
½ozSimple Syrup
1canChickpeas
¾ozAquafaba
1 ½ozEffen Blood Orange Vodka
Blood Orange slices
Instructions
Read Thoroughly and DO NOT skip any step.
Open a can of chickpeas. Strain the liquid into a measuring cup. This is called aquafaba and it will have the same result as if you were to add an egg white.
In a cocktail shaker add all the ingredients EXCEPT for the ice.
You will do a what it's called a dry shake. (Shake vigorously about 1 to 2 minutes until it is emulsified)
Then add about 4-5 ice cubes. Shake the cocktails about 11 times. This helps to create that foam at the end.
Open shaker, DO NOT strain and pour into glass. Garnish with additional Blood oranges!
